Warehouse Operator

What will you do?
– Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order
preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.
– Applies strict warehouse working instructions and fixed operating procedures
– Comply with the health, safety and environment rules throughout the sector.
– Identify and express to the Team Leader (LWB3) any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment, including reporting all incidents and near misses.
– Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance)
– Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.
– Link various operations according to a predetermined process: receiving, warehousing, inventory management, store outlets, line procurement
– Perform self-controls provided in order to detect non-conformities
– Operate appropriately to hazards
– Apply the procedures defined for the MPH
– Use computer resources available to save the entries and exits of the store
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
– Required: High School Diploma or GED
– Qualifications that will impact success are experience in a warehouse inventory environment; Microsoft Excel; good communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; prior use of powered industrial trucks such as Genie lift. Experience with barcode scanning systems, and Windows based computer knowledge.
– Prior SAP experience.
