Primary duties:  Enhance student retention and success. Engage in weekly campus outreach initiates to connect with students with various backgrounds, understand their unique challenges, provide them with the resources and guidance they need to thrive and graduate.

Responsibilities include: Building meaningful relationships with students and serving as a vital link to our office. Collaborating with academic advisors to develop tailored retention strategies for Miami Regional students.
