ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Administrator here at Honeywell, you will facilitate our project management team by providing administrative support in various aspects of project execution. Your role will involve ensuring safety compliance, managing equipment rentals, processing material orders, providing HR support, assisting supervisors, assisting project sites, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Manager and you will work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule (except the first 90 days).

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the successful execution of projects and the overall efficiency of our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order site-required safety supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) through the INDIR order process.

Manage rental vendors, including obtaining quotes, managing service requests, and coordinating deliveries.

Process material orders and handle requisition entries through Oracle.

Provide HR support, including assisting with I-9 verification and ensuring accurate employee setup in Kronos/Oracle.

Support supervisors by managing inventory, resolving paycheck errors, and maintaining reports.

Assist with project site support, including assigning ID badges and reviewing timesheets.

Drive continuous improvement by developing and updating procedural documents and gathering feedback for process enhancement.

YOU MUST HAVE

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a project support capacity.

WE VALUE

A college degree in Business Administration or Finance, or similar.

Proficiency in Oracle, Kronos, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
