Location/Division Specific Information
Our Cincinnati site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose manufacturing and pharmaceutical drug development within our Pharma Services Group (PSG).
How will you make an impact?
You will be the owner and focal for your respective department to build, maintain, and action demand plan, inventory plans, and/or forecasts to enable the site achieve desired results. To accomplish this, you will facilitate production planning scheduling meetings to ensure leader alignment and communicate outputs and updates to site leadership. This role is responsible for analytics and reporting within our supply chain department and collaborates with all related customer-facing functions to ensure customer satisfaction across the end-to-end supply chain.
What will you do?
Develops, organizes, and manages the allocation of finished goods, bulk products, supporting materials, and workflow processes to ensure optimal client service levels, minimal inventory investment, and maximum plant efficiency.
Leverage all available data, tools, and resources (SAP Planning System, Taylor Shop Floor scheduling system, etc.) to create inferences, assumptions, and forecasts to meet scheduled commits.
Acts as the central planning focal point for assigned project portfolio and serve as the primary planning contact for the lifecycle management of commercial products and product development transfers.
Responsible for sales unit forecasting, material requirements, batch material readiness, and ensuring the execution of manufacturing/packaging batch execution to customer needs. Additionally, manages carrier coordination and ensures the on-time shipment of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional department representatives to maintain a relationship-based influential partnership and build and maintain customer allegiance.
Ownership on Demand Planning training and onboarding for both technical expertise as well as effective customer-facing interactions.
Main point of contact for key systems such as PharmaSuite, Optel, etc.
How will you get here?
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred,
Experience
3 years professional experience in a manufacturing or related environment is required.
Supply chain planning and/or pharmaceutical industry work experience preferred.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience in enterprise business systems and business software such as SAP.
Ability to inspire, foster innovation, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Action-oriented teammate who is a motivated and enterprising problem solver.
Must be detailed, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
