AmTrust Mainframe Engineer

Job Description

A large financial organization is seeking an AmTrust Mainframe Engineer that can sit fully remote for a long term contract. What we are looking for a Mainframe person that has experience with AmTrust or other investment management software like SEI or Global Plus. The experience would be heavily on the Mainframe side that will keep our system up to date with current alerts and releases. They need to be familiar with COBOL and able to be involved from pulling the alerts from AmTrust for compiling/installing, testing and implementing the changes. We also use SAS to run custom reports and generate data for interfaces to other applications. Ideally the person will also have enough experience and drive to analyze how we currently process and recommend improvements to the process, both technically and operationally.
