Description:
This position will be on site 5 days per week. They are looking for individuals with several years of IT support experience providing hands on hardware, software, and end user support. They work within a primarily Windows based environment and will join a team of 3 additional technicians a manager that supports the team. Further there is an on-site networking team they will work with on a day in, day out basis to provide opportunity to grow their skills and continue to develop within the organization. This person also needs to have excellent character, good soft skills, and desire to grow within an organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
– Answering tech support phone calls, providing excellent customer service to end users, while following procedures to log, document, and track issues within the organizational ticketing system.
– Troubleshooting hardware and software systems for the group
– Basic network troubleshooting and work within the TCP/IP connectivity.
– Assist end users with device set up for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing equipment
– Hardware builds for custom PC devices as well as imaging and configuring new OS on devices.
– Assist with end user trainings and helping employees stay on top of changing IT trends
– Providing white glove support for the C suite within the organization
– Assist with special projects and networking projects where needed
– Experience or training with LAN/WAN basics would be preferred
– Experience with MDM or AirWatch for mobile devices
– On call one week per every 5-6 weeks (minimal calls), but they split it up across the team.
