ELECTRICAL HARDWARE ENGINEER

Scope of Work:

Projects currently supporting: Stellantis (chrysler) Retooling like for transmission, consisting of Conveyors, Tooling stations, Eberspacher Weldment cells for Exhaust systems, GM Powertrain Assembly, test , BIW assembly for Ford Gm and Stellantis, Relocation Stations and new tooling lines for Cummins

Day to Day: 100% on-site role, Consisting of Daily/weekly meetings with engineering teams to determine Scope of work and deliverables, Work to create drawings from references and from scratch for existing and new tooling lines and automation lines, Create electrical drawing in Autocad Electrical and Eplan for (Panel design, panel layout, Fluid Power drawings, Hydraulic and Pneumatic controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

Hardware Design Experience: 4 years with extensive experience in automation equipment and Panel Design , layout and electrical schematics.

AutoCAD Electrical OR EPLAN

BOM Creation and release experience

NICE TO HAVE:

-GCCHS Certification

-Previous experience working with large line builders (ATS, KUKA, COMAU, PASLIN, FIVES, HIRATA,ETC.)

-Experience with GM, Ford and Stellantis
