Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

The individual will set up and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC Mills to machine seals and gaskets for the oil and gas industries. Responsibilities include performing quality checks on parts using micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges. The role requires working on Mazak Integrex CNC machines, performing set ups, offsets, and tool changes. The work environment is a high-volume machining environment with over 150 CNC machinists on all shifts. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and follows lean principles. There are 2 openings on Weekend A and 2 openings on Weekend B. Weekend A is Friday – Sunday one week, 4:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Thursday – Sunday the next week, same hours. Training will be on 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM until ready to transition to their assigned shift.
