Job Title: Automated Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Ensures the operability, reliability, and integrity of automated equipment, including motors, conveyors, PLCs, actuators, instrumentation, and sensors. Interact with equipment and processes through human-machine interface (HMI) software. Manages the maintenance activities related to inspection, repairs, and turn-arounds of the assigned assets; initiates, monitors, and completes work orders to maximize equipment uptime. Executes and monitors small investments and projects to improve equipment reliability. Identifies and evaluates deficiencies and bottlenecks. Conducts troubleshooting of asset and process problems. Observes technical rules and regulations and implements technical best practices. Keeps and updates the technical documentation and records.

This is a fully on-site position in Urbandale, Iowa.

Work Environment

Onsite in Urbandale, Monday-Friday, 40-45 hours each week
