JOB REQUIREMENTS: Structural Design Co-Op – R6067 Essential to this
Position The Structural Design Co-Op will be responsible for assisting
the Hartford Design team with projects starting in the spring semester
of 2025 through summer of 2025. Areas of Learning/Responsibilities
Provide design samples to meet the needs of our customers and sales team
on a timely basis Assist in preparing pallet diagrams Operate
Kongsberg cutting table for sample making of corrugated display
components Assemble and build POP display samples Size and cut
shippers for team and assist with packing Communicate with internal
customers regarding their design needs and changes Demonstrate
commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company
safety policies and procedures Assist with board deliveries and
general office clean-up Fill down time with self-development on

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Ideal candidate will be
pursuing a Bachelors degree in Packaging Design or another related
degree Ideal candidate will be in their 3rd or 4th year of college,
but willing to consider other candidates based on prior experience
Experience with ArtiosCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Cinema 4D
Corrugated packaging knowledge Ability to work both independently and
in a team setting in a fast paced, high-volume environment Accuracy
and attention to detail Good communication skills, both oral and
