JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are a family-oriented Midwest and East coast-based
company, with locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Maryland, and
Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Network
Administrator. This role provides comprehensive technical and
administrative support for Crane systems and a range of enterprise
applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across hardware,
software, and network environments. Our mission is to help customers

Maintenance: Ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure, including
hardware, software, and network components, to maximize efficiency and
user productivity. Network Administration: Manage network operations,
including backups, security protocols, user account creation, M365,
Azure, Microsoft Defender, Intune and VPN systems. Asset Management:
Track and maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software
licenses. Manage vendor relationships. Standardization & Documentation:
Develop and maintain system standards for IT devices and infrastructure,
ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices. System Repairs &
Troubleshooting: Recommend, design, and implement scalable solutions
across the infrastructure landscape, ensuring the stability and
performance of various IT systems. Help Desk Support: Provide frontline
technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, email systems, and
remote access, resolving user issues efficiently. Hardware & Software
Deployment: Assist in rolling out new hardware and software, optimizing
the deployment process to minimize disruption. Technology Research &
Planning: Participate in technology planning by researching emerging
trends and recommending solutions that align with business goals.
Software/Hardware Support: Offer troubleshooting support for software
and hardware, guiding users through resolving issues and improving
system efficiency. User Training & Support: Evaluate system usage and
provide user training to enhance productivity and software/hardware
efficiency. System Configuration & Security: Manage user accounts and
access control, ensuring system security and compliance with company
standards. Procurement Assistance: Assist with obtaining competitive
pricing for IT equipment and supplies when needed. Mobile &
Communication Support: Oversee setup and maintenance of company mobile
devices and phone systems, collaborating with third-party providers when
necessary. Other Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What We Need From You
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or
equivalent experience (5 years). Preferred: Microsoft or similar IT
certifications. Proficient knowledge of LAN/WAN networks,
software/hardware systems, data communications, and vendor management.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve
complex technical issues. Effective communication skills to interact
with users across varying levels of technical expertise. Organizational
prowess, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy. Self-driven, with
the ability to take initiative and proactively solve problems with
limited supervision. Familiarity with industry security frameworks is a
