General Laborer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Drive Shaft
Dismantler / Cleaner to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for disassembling drive shafts, thoroughly cleaning each
component, and ensuring that all parts meet the companys quality
standards. This role requires a high level of attention to detail,
technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Dismantling Drive Shafts:
Carefully disassemble drive shafts, ensuring that all components are
handled with care to avoid damage. Cleaning Components: Clean all drive
shaft components using appropriate tools and cleaning agents to remove
dirt, grease, and other contaminants. Inspection: Inspect each part for
wear, damage, or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Reassembly Preparation: Prepare cleaned parts for reassembly, ensuring
that all components are properly labeled and stored. Tool Maintenance:
Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in the dismantling and
cleaning process. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and
guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Documentation: Maintain
accurate records of work performed, including parts cleaned and any
defects found. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Previous experience in dismantling and cleaning mechanical
components, particularly drive shafts, is preferred. Technical Skills:
Proficiency with hand and power tools used in dismantling and cleaning
processes. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all
components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods. Safety
Awareness: Knowledge of and commitment to following safety procedures.
Communication: Good communication skills to report issues and
