product & engineering leadership over globally owned AdTech and consumer
360 platforms. AdTech including governance, best practices, and
technical platforms and capabilities. Consumer data including CDP
(data platform), identity, enrichment, preference center, taxonomy.
Measurement, dashboarding, event tagging, and analytics products and
capabilities. Engineering including technical design and
architecture, delivery capacity, and run. About You You perform at the

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Leadership Competencies
/ Qualifications 12 years in designing and delivering related
marketing business capabilities through technology and related
governance. 5 years in Agile or SAFE operating models, driving
growth, change, and maturity of cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities:
Dissecting complex challenges, crafting visionary strategies, and
leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making and achieve
impactful outcomes. Business leadership experience with technical
systems and operations, strong sense of urgency in delivering results,
high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, and consumer-first
design-thinking mindset. Operate as a change agent at multiple levels
of an organization with outstanding organizational, communication,
interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration
