Responsibilities
The Coordinator manages day-to-day traffic flow of Mayo Clinic Treasury Services operations. Strong organizational and people skills and demonstrated experience effectively managing key internal and external relationships. Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe Acrobat and a strong aptitude for database management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Displays professional maturity with a commitment to confidentiality. A strong background in non-clinical administrative support tasks including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up tasks for meetings, events, and professional travel. Must be proactive and flexible in a changing work environment which requires continuous upgrading of skills. Exhibits initiative, proficiency, and adaptability to optimize the time of those supported. Works effectively in a consensus-style operation that expects and promotes teamwork. Must have the ability to manage a workload of projects with multiple priorities and varying levels of complexity with minimal direction within approved scope and schedule. Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
This position is a combination of remote and onsite support work. Individual must live within driving distance to the Mayo Clinic Rochester campus.

Qualifications
Associates Degree in an administrative or business related program or high school degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management related function. Administrative support role experience must include performance of responsibilities such as meeting management and calendar coordination, creating/transcribing correspondence/documents, and utilization of business-related software to produce databases, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. Demonstrate effective and appropriate decision-making, judgment, and confidentiality as well as attention to detail and follow-through. Experience with coordination of travel and expense management. Developed investigational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Solid customer-service skills; understands and addresses customer needs in a timely manner. Ability to work in a team environment and develop constructive working relationships with others. Demonstrable communication and basic presentation skills. Ability to work independently. Proficient application of English grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.

Compensation Detail
$25.47 – $34.41 / hour. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
