Summary: The receptionist is viewed as fulfilling the critical role of Director of First Impressions. This role is responsible to ensure that visitors feel welcome, maintain the front office area and break room, fulfill the timesheet intake process, assist with filing and data entry, and assist the Admin Director with duties as assigned. This role reports directly to the Admin Director. Key Results Area #1 Maintain a front office atmosphere that fulfills our values Promptly answer phone, greet guests, distribute checks to caregivers, assist with fingerprinting Maintain break room and lobby Take mail to the P.O. & complete office closing tasks at the end of each day of business Key Results Area #2 Fulfill the timesheet process Intake, review, organize, and pass along the timesheets Communicate timesheet errors to caregivers and request corrections Key Results Area #3 Complete filing, data entry, and employee related info request Timely filing of caregiver paperwork Assist with employee related information requests Key Results Area #4 Complete fingerprinting Perform daily fingerprinting tasks
