Corporate Credit Manager

The Corporate Credit Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately $80mm. Managing and directing the credit and collections team and providing leadership in meeting company collection efforts and meeting company metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administering and enforcing credit and collection policies and procedures

Responsible for evaluating credit risk

Developing strategies and goals to reduce exposure to write-offs and ineligible receivables

Interfacing with multiple locations including sales and administrative staff

Selecting and managing the relationship of 3rd party collection agencies

Reviewing, preparing and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports

Training and supervising competent and collection staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill

Must be detailed oriented

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)

Critical thinker and problem solving skills

Good time-management skills in fast paced environment

Experience:

5-7 years of credit experience

Experience managing direct reports

Bachelors degree preferred, in Accounting or Finance
