Summary

The Operations Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the Operations Enablement team in optimizing Operations processes, systems, and business solutions to drive both incremental value growth and operational efficiencies. A crucial support position within the Operations Enablement Team, this role will support Operations transformative and operational projects across the enterprise, interacting with subject matter experts and management to understand productivity blockers and support solutions consistent with the goals and operating principles of the Operations function.

This position will support our Operations Enablement team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support: Provide support to team members on projects and initiatives as needed.

Document Management: Organize, maintain, and audit documentation published on the departments intranet and cloud-based applications.

System Administration: Assist in the administrative duties of work management (Smartsheet), content management (Microsoft SharePoint), and learning management (EdApp) systems.

Training and Development: Assist team in developing training materials for existing and new processes and tools to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members such as coordinating meetings, preparing presentation decks, and reports as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and teams to facilitate communication, coordination, and execution of administrative tasks and projects.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Experience navigating ambiguity and the ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making.

Project coordination skills to support activities, set priorities, manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to learn quickly to adopt new systems and technologies.

Highly organized and able to propose and develop systematic approaches to managing information.

Excellent communication skills to work with individuals across all levels of the organization and training others.

Team oriented, enthusiastic and detailed with a passion for working with teams of all types.
