The School of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Materials Engineering (MAME) at
Southern Illinois University Carbondale invites applications for one
full-time, continuing, tenure-track Assistant Professor position to
start August 2025. The expectation for the successful candidate is to
develop and teach both undergraduate and graduate level courses in
mechanical engineering, build a collaborative, externally funded
research program, and to perform professional service. The applicant is
also expected to mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
