Beacon Hills client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a labor and
employment litigation attorney.

– Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in California,
Washington, or Oregon

– Start: ASAP

– Duration: 5-6 months, with trial scheduled for late
January/early February as of now ( concurrent employment not
permitted )

– Hours: 20-25 hours a week (possibly more leading up to trial)

Qualifications:

– 4 years of labor & employment litigation experience
– Preferably with California fair employment and housing case
experience
– Preferably with investigation experience, as the role will
involve tracking down factual issues, analyzing them, and
resolving them, which may include finding and interviewing
individuals
– Actively licensed and in good standing in your state of residence
(California, Washington, or Oregon)
