Your Role at KIK

Join our team as an experienced Machine Operator managing production equipment including fillers, case packers, cappers, case sealers, palletizers, and labelers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain vigilance for any disruptions within the filling operation and able to react quickly to overcome such upsets

Maintain time and production records

Ability to communicate clearly with downline associates, supervisors, managers, and maintenance department

Maintain quality standards

Follows and supports all safety programs

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or GED required

1 or more years of experience in machine operating required

Ability to lift 60 lbs as needed

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to sit, kneel, bend at waist, reach and extend arms

Must have good manual dexterity

Ability to function in a rane of temperatures

Must wear PPE
