As a Brand Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, driving our base business and innovation strategies, shaping our brand, and contributing to our growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams define our brand, media and creative strategies and bring our annual tactical plans to life. You will help develop and bring to market new, insight-driven innovations that resonate with our target consumer. You’ll also support day-to-day tasks related to base business management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Base Business Management
Provide in-depth analysis of business performance for responsible areas and become expert on metrics for your product P&L
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on brand health and results, track KPIs for new product launches.
Play a meaningful role in the delivery of your brand’s P&L goals and the creation and delivery of the financials of your initiatives
Manage direct marketing expense (DME) planning and spend for your brand, including ongoing budget management
Review all elements including pricing strategy, active SKU management, category management / assortment optimization, and consumption performance trends for your brand
Brand Strategy & Annual Planning
Lead annual brand and marketing planning, and periodic re-planning on your business
Develop deep knowledge of the commercial, operational, and financial dimensions of your business
Conduct external and internal assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to the particular area of responsibility
Coordinate a variety of cross-functional teams for the business in order to deliver strategies and define short and long term goals, leveraging data driven demand signals to generate business growth opportunities.
Innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to replenish 3-year NPD pipeline based on market trends, consumer insights and brand strategies.
Work with a variety of stakeholders to create and source innovative concepts that solve for unmet consumer needs; work closely with R&D on early stage product discovery and design.
Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within project teams.
Lead projects through the gate-keeping process, securing alignment among key stakeholders for project decisions.
Develop robust business cases, working closely with sales, finance, and operations on volume forecasts and P&L modeling.
Conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to inform data-driven decision making.
Work closely across marketing, sales, product and operations teams to drive brand growth.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute brand initiatives; manage vendor relationships
Foster strong relationships with myriad stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 2 years of brand management experience, with exposure across base and innovation
Comfort translating data into actionable insights and brand narratives
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, multi-project, deadline-driven environment.
CPG experience preferred; DTC/E-Comm experience a plus
