Resident Assistant/PRN

About the Role:
We are seeking a Resident AssistantPRN to join our team at Amira Choice Arvada
in AMCHA. As a Resident AssistantPRN, you will be responsible for providing
high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our
nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Your main goal will be to help our residents maintain their independence and
dignity while providing them with the assistance they need.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing,
dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support to residents and their families
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Assist with medication administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Skills:
As a Resident AssistantPRN, you will need to have excellent communication
and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our residents and
their families. You will also need to be detail-oriented and organized to
maintain accurate records of resident care. Additionally, you will need to
have the physical stamina to assist residents with activities of daily living.
Finally, you will need to be compassionate and patient to provide emotional
support to our residents and their families during difficult times.
