Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor 1st and 2nd Shift in Middletown
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee our operations on the 1st or 2nd shifts. The ideal candidate for the 1st shift must be bilingual, while bilingual skills are preferred for the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include managing daily workflow, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is highly desirable. The company utilizes a highly efficient Warehouse Management System (WMS) and previous experience is necessary for the position.
