Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Crew Members to join our team! As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, assisting with prep work, kitchen tasks, and maintaining cleanliness during downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

– Food Preparation:
Assist in preparing ingredients and dough for donuts, ensuring quality and consistency.

– Kitchen Support:
Help in cooking and assembling donuts and other menu items, following recipes and safety guidelines.

– Cleaning and Maintenance:
Keep the kitchen and cafe area clean and organized during downtime, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.

– Customer Service:
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and assisting with inquiries when needed.

– Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive environment.

Qualifications:

– Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Previous experience in food service or kitchen work is a plus but not required.
