Material Handler

Job Title: Material Handler

2nd shift opening: 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday

Train on 1st shift for 3-6 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Job Description

Blending and compounding on the manufacturing floor

Picking and packing to prepare materials for manufacturing

Operate forklift to move products in production

Receiving goods into the warehouse

Material sampling and sorting of incoming freight

Organization of inventory in manufacturing

Loading/Unloading of delivery trucks

Filling drums and tanks in anticipation of production requirements

Work closely with supervisor and inventory team

Skills

Production or Manufacturing experience

Forklift operation

Material handling

Shipping & Receiving

Work Environment

Small manufacturing plant

Climate controlled environment
