Job Title: Superintendent/SSHO

Job Description

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and working with government customers on a daily basis (quality control, safety, etc.). Planning, assigning, and directing work according to the scope of work. Inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to quality standards and applicable codes; manage scheduling and successful completion of commissioning of newly installed systems as required. Review project specifications and oversee hiring of subcontractors and terminate as necessary. Responsible for supervising and maintaining Health & Safety procedures for federal projects. This role will be performed at two different locations at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. One job is a wall rebuild that is a perimeter wall separating the Naval Academy grounds and the city of Annapolis. The second project is a small sea wall revival on the Naval Academy grounds. Both jobs will have a Project Manager with oversight to the project, as well as a standalone QCM.
