Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mooresville, NC. (3 days in office per week)

Leverage expertise and experience growing Bosch power tool business at Lowes to manage a simple core business and drive the brand into new departments within Lowes

Utilize growth mindset to find new opportunities, lead the brand into creating the right solutions for Lowes and successfully selling in and through at Lowes

Quickly and effectively bring Lowes customers digital experience with the brand to the next level (strong marketing support to achieve)

Manage and implement existing Bosch strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes

Development of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team members

Analysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirements

Review SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing pattern

Qualifications

Omni-channel experience with strong sales and digital focus and mindset

3 to 7 years of experience in Lowes merchandising role, Vendor Key Account Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development roles

University Degree or College Diploma preferred

Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or CRM experience preferred

Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset

Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Ability to travel up to 25%
