Job Description:

Manages a team of Treasury Sales Officers. Responsible for coordinating and directing treasury management sales activities to include development of new treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and servicing clients. Leads the analysis and evaluation of potential solutions through cost benefit analysis. Unlimited client contact. Leads risk assessment associated with potential solutions. Ensures that other team members are informed of client needs and of the solutions to meet those needs. Leads pricing and negotiation of TM products to optimize relationship profitability. Leads TM review with client and presentation of TM components of Relationship Review. Communicates client needs to Product Development and assists in the assessment of potential solutions and economic viability.

Responsible for the management of a team of TSOs & TSAs who are responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Global Corporate Banking Clients globally within the Consumer & Retail Industry Segment.

This individual and his/her team of Global Treasury Sales Officers (TSO) are responsible for managing, and aggressively growing frontline Treasury revenue streams across a portfolio of Large Corporate clients. He or she teams up as needed with Corporate Bankers, FX, Investments, Trade/SCF, Liquidity Product partners and others across the enterprise to drive Global Treasury Solutions for their assigned client base. They coordinate the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through identification of client needs. Individual must closely strategize and plan with regional partners outside of the U.S.

Accountable for revenue and pipeline growth, client calling, portfolio development, pricing, build and execute client plans, CRC preparations.

Resource and Performance management including hiring, setting team and individual goals, performance management discussions such as mid year and end of year reviews, compensation input and discussions.

To be successful in the role, he/she must maintain and build a strong client focus as well as industry awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, financial acumen, communication and presentation skills.

In addition to these high level responsibility the following would be under the remit of the Regional Exec.

Represent the team on internal calls such as CRC approvals, Pricing Committee, Deal Reviews & CRCs.

Drive responsible pre-tax income growth including focus on revenue, PxV, NIM and NIBT growth

Drive profitability by focusing on reducing expenses and effectively managing costs; improve NIBT

Manage and Drive NBIT for portfolio of own relationships and accounts –this role is one of Player /Coach

Execute on revenue growth levers in the business, including time to revenue realization.

Manage the yearly pricing events with Industry Leads and Corporate banking

Ensuring individual and team adherence to all compliance, audit, regulatory and training requirements

Close monitoring of all KYC activity & high risk clients (including RRs)

Actively participate in regional and relevant speaking engagements

Required Skills: “Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified

• 15 years experience in serving and selling sophisticated treasury solutions to Large Corporations

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• 40-60% travel and strong business origination skills

• Strong Executive presence both internally/externally; ability to proxy for the head of Large Corporate GTS

• Strong relationship management skills

• Solid strategic thinking to create and advance global treasury solutions with clients

• Team player and ability to work in fast paced environment; ability to create rapport and influence

• Strong Cultural carrier with a creative mindset; passionate
