IT Solutions Architect

WaveLink is seeking an IT Solutions Architect with a minimum of 15 years experience developing IT multi-level security (MLS) network, server, and storage architectures for DoD enterprise environments. Looking for a motivated self-starter to lead an IT team to design and implement solutions. Long-term employment with an array of benefits. Primary work site at WaveLink offices in Huntsville, AL with some travel to customer sites required.
Required Education and Experience:
BS/BA degree with minimum 15 years of related experience
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), or equivalent is required
Required Skills:
Expertise developing High Availability architectures for classified operation centers, test control rooms, and data centers.
Datacenter / Network Architecture design and integration experience for MLS enterprise solutions including TS, Secret, SAP
Integrates new data, technologies, and platforms with and into existing or new Datacenter platforms, structures, and environments as technologies evolve and based on the enterprises strategic business or technical requirements, continuously improving system functionality.
