Job Description
Ideal candidate has HVAC and machine preventative maintenance experience. Positions available for 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with overtime opportunities. Compensation starts at $27 per hour based on experience.
Team Members work in a self-directed, team-based environment, performing installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment. Responsibilities include operating machinery, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Key tasks involve repairing equipment such as vehicle hoists, air compressors, pumps, and HVAC systems. Compliance with Environmental, HazMat, and Safety requirements is mandatory.
Candidates must have basic woodworking skills, plumbing, and pipe fitting experience, and be proficient in operating boom lifts and forklift equipment. Additional responsibilities include replacing tower light fixtures, understanding motor control systems and electrical equipment, installing conduit and related hardware, and performing arc and acetylene welding. Work assignments may come orally or in written format, often with accompanying manuals, sketches, and diagrams. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
