Production Technician

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our client’s team in Knoxville, TN.

As a Production Technician, youll play a crucial role in ensuring their manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Youll be responsible for monitoring production equipment, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Shift Options:

Monday-Thursday: 5pm-5:30am ($18.25/hour)

Monday-Thursday: 5am-5:30pm ($17.10/hour)

Friday-Sunday: 5pm-5:30am ($18.25/hour)

Friday-Sunday: 5am-5:30pm ($17.50/hour)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience with manufacturing equipment and processes (preferred)

Familiarity with quality systems and procedures (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Comply with all safety policies and procedures and demonstrate safe behaviors at all times.

Understand and comply with quality systems and policies (QDS, SQF, GMP, HACCP).

Actively engage in learning machine operations and apply learnings to perform work to standard.

Complete changeovers and cleans, including line clearance and pre-checks, following standard work.

Perform documentation and verification activities in all applicable systems (COLOS, PeopleSoft, SAP, MES, Trackwise, paper records) to ensure timely release.

Escalate line issues and opportunities, including initiating Root Cause Corrective Action activities.

Remain at the line during maintenance calls to provide information, support, and leverage the event as a learning opportunity.

Pay Details: $17.10 to $18.25 per hour
