Oracle Intelligent Advisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC), Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) – project analysis, design, development and full testing cycle to implementation, Oracle RightNow CSX Cloud Service, debugging skills and working with Source Control Procedure.
Applications/Applications Development:
OIA rules, OIA Integration, SOAP and REST, Oracle Service Cloud, .Net, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, HTML/CSS, Oracle DBMS.
Assignments will include, but not limited to:
Design, develop and maintain OIA Grants, Cloud portal management, monitoring user testing cycles as well as knowledge transfer of consultant skills to existing BWC staff.
