Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an Indirect Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Account Executives and drive performance within a portfolio of Boost Mobile and national retail stores. Your goal is to build and maintain a strong winning culture that focuses on sales and people first. You will get to build relationships throughout a territory with external partners, internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance. You will serve as the secondary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores including escalated issues. Sales managers are responsible for managing targets for new retail points of distribution. You will work closely with your Regional Sales Director to ensure regional strategies are executed effectively. This role includes a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Create daily, weekly, and monthly plans to prioritize key initiatives for the field sales team and exceed sales quotas.

Conduct weekly ride-alongs with Account Executives, providing coaching and feedback on visit effectiveness.

Collaborate with dealer and distribution partners to add new points of distribution and improve performance.

Create and facilitate business reviews with dealer partners to assess metrics and drive improvement plans.

Monitor Account Executives store visit strategy and ensure compliance with brand and performance standards.

Work with the Local Marketing Manager on events and social media strategies to boost store traffic and brand visibility.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years sales management experience

3 years supervisory or management experience

3 years account management experience

3 years direct or indirect retail channel experience

1 year selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, successfully completed driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines

Contract or vendor relationship experience

Proven experience managing a field sales team

Display confidence having high level strategy conversations with business owners

Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment

Consult and provide solutions when called upon by team or partners

Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

Demonstrate strong presentation skills to be able to host conference calls and training sessions

Company vehicle provided

Potential Total Compensation, Commission Plus Base: $100,000 – $115,000

This position has commission potential of an additional $30,000 above annual base salary for hitting performance goals

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $56,800.00/Year – $81,200.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the roles location and is subject to change based on work location.
