Emergency Medical Technician FT

The BMRT Ambulance District looking to fill 1 newly created full time position.
BMRT is a rural EMS Agency that ONLY responds to 911 Calls for service (No Interfacility Transports). We average 400 runs a year with transport time of 20 to 35min depending on destination

2 years 911 EMS Experience is HIGHLY DESIRED. Leadership experience desired. ALS preferred.
Job Duties:
Working a set schedule, performing standard EMS duties associated with Patient Care.
Strong Critical thinking and Decision Making Skills are needed for this position. This position could often be the “In Charge” on most EMS scenes in a Rural EMS setting, with limited extra resources. Position will also require strong self motivation, integrity, and professionalism.
Schedule is a 24/48, with Mondays as a Kelly day (5 day weekend every 3rd week). You will generally be paired with a part time employee. Full time employees receive 120 PTO hours a year, a Stipend, and an uniform allowance
