[Schedule is 4 to 5 days a week: early mornings to mid-afternoon (between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, opening shift available when experienced)]{arial”,=”” sans-serif”=””}

[Duties include:]{arial”,=”” sans-serif”=””}

– Food preparation: Prepare food for a specific station, such as cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces. They may also cook food to order using methods like grilling, frying, sauteing, and broiling
– Station set-up: Set up and stock their stations with the necessary supplies.
– Cleaning: Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash. They also clean and turn down their station at the end of service.
– [Communication: Communicate with their team, manager, and front-of-house staff. They coordinate with other line cooks to ensure that meals are consistent, warm, and on time.]{arial”,=”” sans-serif”=””}
– [Inventory: Take inventory counts before and after shifts, and complete food inventory or storage sheets.]{arial”,=”” sans-serif”=””}
– [Sanitation: Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards]{arial”,=”” sans-serif”=””}
