Unit Description
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager 2, Finance to support a large Senior Living Community Portfolio. This position will oversee 13 locations in the US. The Senior Manager role will be client facing and will require highly developed analytical skills and be very engaged in the financial oversight of the account.
This is a Remote role
The successful candidate will:
manage monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reconciliation of the activities of current and future contracts as assigned per contract terms;
conduct monthly analysis of financial performance of clients or contracts assigned;
interact with all levels of management including National Client Executive (NCE), Regional Vice President (RVP), District Managers (DM) , , and Client Leadership
conduct client or contract specific reporting and analysis; and/or
conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience – 5 years
Basic Functional Experience – 3 years
