JOB REQUIREMENTS: Finance Intern – R5748 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential to this Position The Finance Intern will be responsible for
assisting the Finance Team with projects starting full-time in the
summer of 2025 and through the fall on a part-time basis. You will have
guidance from a mentor on the Finance Team as well as be included in
Menasha Corporations Intern Program, which focuses on connection,
experience building, and professional development. Areas of
Learning/Responsibilities The Finance Intern will be responsible for
gathering and analyzing information, performing root cause analysis,
identifying trends, and working across functions to resolve financial
discrepancies and issues. Interns also have the opportunity to recommend
improvements and alternatives to ensure processes and controls result in
timely and accurate financials. Assist with producing internal
financial & operational reports to help leadership assess the operating
performance of the business Work within SAP on a daily basis to enter
accounting transactions or extract financial data for use in recurring
reports Learn Tableau software to more efficiently & effectively
communicate financial data trends to key business partners. Assist
with the financial analysis of plant results Work on operational data
analysis and accounting record keeping Project analysis Assist the

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelors
degree in Accounting or other related degree Prefer Sophomore or
higher class standing Strong computer skills Strong oral and
