WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution

Develop in partnership with PA Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc.)

Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes to include updating Tableau Dashboards, gather insights from Tableau Dashboards, and provide ESG metrics to Leadership

Assist and monitor the security and access of Tableau HR Enterprise Hub

Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholders

Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actions

YOU HAVE:

5 years analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting capacity

3 years of experience using Tableau and/or dashboard creation & data visualization skills

3 years of experience using HRIS software, preferably Workday

Bachelor’s Degree

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, V Lookups and Pivot Tables

Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple project priorities simultaneously

Ability to collaborate with peers
