Planner/Planner Senior – Public Health & Human Services

This position is critical to our work within the homeless Continuum of Care. It is primarily responsible for the yearlong planning process to help St. Louis County remain a competitive applicant for HUDs NOFO CoC Grant application, the largest source of funding that comes into the county to support permanent supportive housing projects, transitional and rapid rehousing projects, coordinated entry and support services for people who have experienced chronic homelessness. This position also supports the implementation of the countywide HUD Annual Point in Time Count and Housing Inventory Survey process, Racial Equity Accountability Project (REAP) Leadership Team, as well as leads the Continuum of Care Committee structure, planning process, and coordination of initiatives with state and federal government agencies.
