The Organizational Development and Learning Partner leads the design and implementation of organizational development activities and solutions to support the Countys organizational culture, drive employee effectiveness and build effective partnerships to meet organizational goals and performance outcomes. This position assists with organizational initiatives to achieve departmental and organizational priorities, performance metrics, and fosters cultural inclusion and belonging initiatives. This position has an integral role in change and project management for Human Resources and County specific initiatives.
