Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Entry Level Assembler (2nd). The hourly rate for this position is $18.48/hr $1.00 Shift Differential on 2nd per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do:

Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary

Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices

Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas

Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Position Criteria:

Must stand up to 8 hours a day

Requires hand speed and mental agility

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

A high school diploma and/or equivalent from an accredited institution

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
