DESCRIPTION:

– To perform assigned set up responsibilities in a manner that meets
or exceeds the requirements of the organization and its customers.

– MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

– To perform assigned daily routine.

– Assist in making sure all molds are kept in good working condition.

– To perform set ups in molding departments as required.

– To provide backup technical support to production and other internal
customers.

– Assist with new machines and new molds during debugging stage.

– Perform specified functions of Maintenance and Engineering Manager
his absence.

– Perform specified functions of equipment repair as require

– To report any vital information concerning quality, safety, and
productivity to the proper personnel.

– To assist in maintaining a quality, clean, and safe working
environment.

– Know and understand Silgan Company policies and procedures
