Lone Star Feed Apparel – E Commerce Manager

Pay $22.00-$25.00 Per Hour DOE

PURPOSE

Direct, promote, and coordinate the e-commerce for Lone Star Feed Apparel in a manner that will achieve efficiency, profitability, and customer service. Conduct in accordance with Core Values.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Order personalized inventory.
– When personalized and non-personalized inventory is received, stage it and check for accuracy and quality.
– Tag items when ready to receive into inventory and email Apparel VP so he can receive in NAV.
– Enter into Shopify and stock warehouse. This includes: cleaning, lint rolling, folding and packing.
– Process all incoming orders, prioritize, package and ship items in a timely fashion for customer order fulfilment.
– Help expand the customer base through strategic social media marketing content.
– Manage relationships with suppliers and Lone Star Feed apparel dealers related to apparel sales so that we can provide the best quality of service.
– Manage Shopify web store including accurate inventory, images, product information, personalization order process, all sales order processing, tracking, shipping materials, shipping processes and web store content functionality.
– Ship fulfilled Super Star Awards to winners.
– Weekly meeting with Apparel VP reviewing Goals, Weekly To-Dos and Issues.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

– Provide a positive experience to our customers, including professional written and spoken etiquette. Returning phone calls and messages in a timely manner.
– Handle customer issues, concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
– Detail oriented. Organized.
– Provide feedback to Apparel VP.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

– Minimum 2-5 years of retail experience desired, ecommerce experience is preferred.
– Minimum education – High School Diploma
– Appreciates that working area is a feed store warehouse.
– Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
– Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
– The person in this position must possess excellent customer service skills, initiative, can take direction and execute the purpose of this job with minimal management oversight.
