Fort Apache Road #115.Remember to please bring in a copy of your resume.  POSITION:  The purpose of the Front Desk is to assist members with customer service, close sales, and communicate via all platforms. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues Must have excellent public speaking skills Must have proficient computer skills Weekend availability required, ability to work in Henderson/ Green Valley , Henderson Studio RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize of the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: Hourly pay plus commission on sales for new memberships and retail Opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions with additional opportunities in franchised locations across the US Note: this is a part-time position for one of our 7 local studios Centennial Hills, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Henderson, Green Valley, Mountains Edge, Aliante Group reformer classes may be accessible to employees when available.
