Sensitech’s Life Sciences Industry Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role within our global sales team. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, this role involves a deep understanding of our clients unique needs. Leveraging Sensitechs extensive range of supply chain visibility, quality, and supply chain resilience software and hardware, the solutions consultant crafts impactful solutions that delight our prospects. These are enterprise sales, and you’ll work across borders in a globally coordinated fashion. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, tackling diverse customer challenges, and delivering solutions that significantly enhance the efficiency of our clients supply chains and the quality of their pharmaceutical products. As a strategic advisor, you offer tangible solutions and insights, showcasing why Sensitech is the optimal partner for addressing their supply chain visibility needs.

Sensitech, a dynamic division under the Carrier umbrella, boasts over 30 years of continuous growth and maintains extensive partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and biologics companies worldwide. Sensitech is looking for a Client Services intern to join our team for our Summer 2025 cohort.

Summary

This position is for a Client Services intern who is under moderate supervision. Responsible for reviewing customers names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and ensures this information entered on order forms is accurate. Answers moderately complex customer inquires on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders. Relies on moderate experience and judgment to accomplish assigned tasks.

Job Description

Works under moderate supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.

Reviews customers names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and ensures this information entered on order forms is accurate.

Answers moderately complex customer inquires on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.

Resolve moderately complex customers service or billing complaints.

Maintains and audits records of customer interactions or transactions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree program, majoring in Supply Chain, Operations, Statistical Analysis, or Business

GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred

Self-driven and proactive

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
