Job requires tending to livestock in the forms of feeding, examining,
tagging, calving cows and bred heifers, occasionally lifting and
carrying newborn calves, weaning calves from cows and herding; operating
various equipment including, but not limited to, tractors, front
loaders, mowers, balers, and trucks with goose-neck cattle trailers
connected. Job also requires the operation of various tractors and farm
equipment to till soil, plant, fertilize, spray, cultivate, harvest, and
transport crops to elevator or storage area. Equipment that workers may
be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with
various implements, sprayers, combines, backhoes, mowers, track hoes,
and feed trucks. Additional job duties include receiving crop for drying
and storage at grain drying facility; disposing of spoiled grain and
chopping grass out of fields; loading and unloading grain into trucks
while keeping grain level; operating augers and grain conveying
equipment; monitoring grain moisture levels; preparing scale tickets;
shoveling grain; loading seed into planters; performing general
maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, buildings,
fences, gates, barns and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas
are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to
repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized
machinery and agricultural equipment including grain augers; and
regularly servicing equipment. There are few typical days and workers
may be required to change duties and/or locations often, and engage in
various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop,
weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to
increase workers pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance,
or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the
employer.

Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is
also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers,
from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up
points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and
