Manufacturing / Production Operator

Scottsdale, AZ

Contract Position

$14.76-$19.76/Hour

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems
and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense
integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on
the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological
superiority across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

– Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical
assemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and
cables.
– Follow established procedures for wiring, component installation,
hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
– Use hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and light industrial
equipment to assemble and modify units.
– Set up basic equipment and ensure hardware is processed according to
specifications.
– Operate measuring equipment accurately and apply basic math skills
to complete tasks.

Qualifications:

– High School diploma or equivalent required.

– Ability to use hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring
devices.

– Familiarity with industrial assembly processes, including wiring and
soldering techniques.

– Strong ability to follow processes and ensure compliance with
specifications.
