“Position OverviewThe Marketing Analytics & Attribution Specialist will
be responsible for analyzing marketing data and providing actionable
insights to optimize marketing strategies. This role focuses on
understanding customer behavior, measuring campaign performance, and
enhancing conversion rates through data-driven decision-making.Key
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze marketing performance data to derive actionable
insights and recommendations.Implement and manage Google Analytics and
Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking of marketing campaigns.Develop
and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness
of marketing strategies.Collaborate with marketing teams to design and
execute marketing campaigns based on performance insights.Generate
reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and
marketing insights to stakeholders.Utilize GA4 for advanced analytics to
track user interactions and engagement across various marketing
channels.Conduct performance analysis to identify opportunities for
growth and optimization in marketing efforts.QualificationsBachelors
degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Proven
experience in marketing analysis and attribution modeling.Strong
knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion
tracking methodologies.Experience with GA4 and ability to leverage
advanced features for marketing insights.Excellent analytical skills and
attention to detail in data interpretation and reporting.Ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights
