JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Representative serves as the face of Rite Way in retail
environments. They are responsible for engaging prospective new
customers, making a strong positive impression, and securing sales
leads.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

– Display a positive, upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at
all times.
– Proactively interact with prospective customers and engage them in
conversation.
– Set appointments for the purchase of new air conditioning/heating
equipment and/or water heaters.
– Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing
decisions for Rite Ways products and services.
– Travel to retail outlet and perform work independently and with
little to no supervision.
– Accurately and timely processes leads into the leads capture
application.
– Communicate with manager daily regarding leads generated.
– Maintain table/booth with information regarding Company products and
services.
– Observes all safety and company rules and regulations in the
performance of duties.
– Treat all customers as a priority.
– Attends all training programs as required.
