We are seeking a highly skilled AEP BSA with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team.

Experience: 10 Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.

Job Description

Plan, develop, execute & manage activities related to end-to-end delivery management, including solution review, estimates validation, project planning and execution – from scoping & requirement validation through application development, delivery & integration support. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables and highlight any risks, dependencies or issues impacting the successful delivery of the project. Apply knowledge of front-end frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools related to JavaScript to support a client solution.

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Analytics and a strong understanding of data models. This role involves analyzing business needs translating them into actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making processes. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business strategies and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Oversee the implementation and optimization of Adobe Analytics to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and data models.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.

Design and implement data models that support business objectives and enhance data accessibility.

Conduct training sessions for team members on the effective use of Adobe Analytics and data models.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of business strategies.

Qualifications
